Payment

The payment of the Academy fees must be made within 14 days of receipt of the registration confirmation. If the payment has not been made by the deadline, we reserve the right to extend the opportunity to someone on the waiting list. Invites are not transferable. Instructions on how to make the payment will be sent to you via email after filling out this form (check your “spam” or “junk” folder if it does not appear in your inbox). If you have not received an email with payment instructions within 24 hours after confirmation of your registration, please contact info@wolfsberg-group.org

Note that the fees for the Academy include accommodation, meals, and refreshments for the duration of the event, as well as pick-up and drop-off at the airport via private shuttle. The shuttles will run from Zurich airport to the Wolfsberg facility on the morning of Wednesday 7th October, with the last shuttle leaving no later than 11.00 AM, so we invite you to book your flight so that you can arrive at Zurich airport by 10.00 AM at the latest. Please take into consideration sufficient time for migration procedures if you come from a non-EU country (plan at least 45 minutes); at peak hours, the migration check at the airport can take up to 1.5 hours. If you need to arrive the day before, we advise you to book a hotel near Zurich airport and come to the airport on Wednesday 7th October in order to use one of the complimentary shuttles to Wolfsberg. The detailed timetable of the shuttles will be confirmed closer to the date of the event, on the basis of the registrations.
